Once you have successfully supported (sub-)projects and are an important part of bid processes, you will be given the opportunity to either become an absolute expert (Thought Leadership) in a specific field and thereby progress to the role of Senior Expert/Principal Economist. Alternatively, you might aspire to management and enjoy acquiring and managing employees and aim to become a Senior Manager and later a Partner.
