Preparation and execution of a tender for a 30 MW PV corporate PPA for an industrial company.
The National Agricultural Development Company (NADEC) intends to increase production capacities at its Haradh site, while taking measures to use renewable energy and improve energy efficiency. FMC will first conduct a feasibility study, including hybrid power generation options, to determine which power generation options are technically and operationally best suited to meet the growing energy demand at the Haradh site. A tender concept will then be developed. In the next phase of the project, FMC as lead advisor for the transaction will prepare the BOO(T) tender documents for a 30 MW PV plant and support NADEC in conducting the tender process, bid evaluation, negotiations and contract award.
