The service FMC provided within a FICHTNER managed consortium was the coordination and controlling of the construction supervision of the offshore platforms DolWin1 (800 MW), HelWin2 (690 MW) and DolWin3 (900 MW) from the construction until the commissioning phase. Services of FMC included design and implementation of methods, tools and processes for the coordination and controlling of the construction supervision as well as the operational implementation of project management in the construction phase with site management, progress control, quality management and reporting.

The project manager of FMC adapted the FIMS specifications for EMPG reacted together with professional working groups on the customer side. The project management services by FMC included project organization, process definition, team management, implementation planning, implementation of the management system, reporting and monitoring of implementation success.

Statutory deadlines were met in the BA 2014 and BA 2015 and the reserve power plant determining was successfully released.
